Select border. 6 Effecten, Artistic, Smudge Stick. 7 Border effects accentuate. 8 3D effects, innerbevel. 9 Add border 2 pixels dark color. Add border 2 pixels light color. 10 Add border 20 pixels dark color. Select border. 11 Effecten, Artistic, Smudge Stick. 12 Border effects accentuate. 13 3D effects, innerbevel. 14 Add watermark. 15 Selectie material on rectagle. Select the image, not the frame. 16 Duplicate this layer 2 time. 17 Close the 2 layers below. Plugin MuRa's Meister, Cloud. Close layer. 18 Open and activate raster 2, Plugin MuRa's Meister, Cloud. Put the Amount on 90. Close layer. 19 Open and activate layer 1, Plugin MuRa's Meister, Cloud. Put the Amount on 85. Select nothing. 20 save as PSP animationshop. 21 Open animationshop. 22 Open your image. 23 Select all. 24 Animatie frame on 32. 25 Save as GIF.
