9 Layers, merge down.
10 Drop shadow, H_V 3, opacity 20, blur 10, color black.
11 Activate raster 1, Load Selection From Alpha Channel, selectie1.

Repeat the drop shadow, H_V minus-5, opacity 20, blur 10, color black.
15 Activate the tube drop shadow, H_V 5, opacity 20, blur 10, color black.
16 Choose a nice font, type a text of your choice.
17 Effects, Plugin & Sandflower Specials°V°, Color Flourish, default.

19 Selection, select all.
20 Add border 40 pixels background color.
21 Selection, invert.
